The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky
above proclaims his handiwork.
(Psalm 19:1)
Dear Members and Friends of Grace,
As we have been looking at the opening
chapters of Genesis during our morning services, we have been reminded that the
world we inhabit, having been made by God, is a constant reminder of the “goodness,
wisdom, and power God” (WCF I:1). We often take our surroundings for
granted and forget that, if we are only willing to stop and listen, we may hear
the never-ending testimony that creation itself speaks to the majesty and glory
of God. And as Christians, we are filled with joy and wonder that the God who
has created all things has come down to us in the person of Jesus Christ his
Son to give us the forgiveness of sins and eternal life. Praise God that he is
both our Creator and our Redeemer!
